i dont know what your using but this is the best free antivirus there is but like the above mentioned 2 av's will conflict

I don't know what swbell.net is but normally if you have two antivirus programs running they conflict and slow your computer.
AVG is a good free anti-virus program.

You install another program but run one at a time to avoid software conflicts. I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
