jogged for about 7minutes and we did all this other wierd stretching stuff like THE MONSTER WALK stuff like that like we usually do but when we were done with the Sprinting 2 or 3 times (Half of the gym) My throat felt really tight and it was hard for me to breathe for a few minutes and I felt really light headed and my lips were all dried. But before Gym I always drink a 20oz bottle of water. So what happened to me?

It sounds like you got a little faint. From your post I bet you're still growing, so what you felt is completely normal. It didn't last long and you're OK now, right? So don't worry, it's all part of growing up. Jogging for 7 minutes is a nice warm-up and some stretching exercises is good too. It just sounds like you had a nice workout, and experienced a bit of "runner's high." Ask your gym teacher about it. From yor details you sound healthy to me. If you're worried, see your doctor.

Don't drink so much water before exercising, you can sip some water in the course of the exercise if you need to. I think that you over deed it, pushing yourself too hard will eventually hurt you. You should exercise lightly until you build up a sweat, when you feel that you are beginning to have difficulty breathing and your throat is dry, STOP immediately. The best results are from mellow exercises.

jajaja u were about to faint, that happens when u start training with a full stomach u need to wait more for a good digestion, and drinking 20oz of water, it will make digestion even slower, be sure to drink water only when u r thirsty (with moderation), a lot of people feel dizzy when they train legs, happened to me as well, dun worry.

you probably dehydrated, even though you drink water before, you should continuously drink it while sprinting(if you can you(anyone) can dehydrate very easilly, um or it could be that your getting fat.
