I really like this guy called Mark, he works next door to me and we always smile at each other and stuff he is so hot! anyways, id really like to get his number, but i have never talked to him in person only stupid things like "do u want any pretzels?" (i work in a pretzel shop) and he answers back from his shop, its like the only interaction we get, but i cant explain it im like in love with him!
I dont know how to show it or get to know him without seeming like an idiot.
Any Ideas!

Trouble is im not really gutsy enough to give him my number, although they are brillitant ideas, Yesterday i made a love heart pretzel for the staff at their shop i hope he saw it! More ideas plz cmon theres gta be a way. How else do i know if he has a gf or not other than asking, should i ask one of his other staff members?

it all dependes on what type of person he is, if he's one of the guys with an huge ego this might not work.
first step get close to him i mean become like a friend to him.(mostly through friendship comes relationship if you like someone)
After you become a friend to him you want fill nervous around him, and at the same time of being a friend give him hints that you love him. Girls can do that very well!!!!!!!
Last note guys actully feel special when someone likes them.

Know that if he is smiling back, he is likely having the same thoughts as you. Grab a pretzel, wander next door, make eye contact, and tell him you'll trade the pretzel for him giving you a call sometime.
If he asks for your number, you're there. If not, you're only out the cost of a pretzel, and you don't have to keep looking across the way, and wondering.

There is a pretty renowned saying from the show 'Seinfeld' which is "These pretzels are making me thirsty" maybe try saying it to him as a lead up to going out for a drink.
Alternativly tell him how you've found this crazy question site that you used to ask about how to approach this guy you like and you had someone suggest you use some 'Seinfeld' line.
Either way it's a good segway for conversation.

Why not holler over and tell him when you're break is and see if he wants to go walk around or grab something to eat together. talk to him a little bit - see if he has a girlfriend - just because he's hot and smiling at you doesn't mean he is also interested in you, but IT is a good sign.

go talk to him one day and start an actual conversation that way you can see how the 2 of you interact together. then this could lead to you getting to know him and maybe getting his number
