Would I get fat?

I lift weights about 30minutes- 1hour a day...i've done this for a month in a half and i've seen no improvement. really. Except that I got stronger a bit but that's it.

Peanut butter contains more fat than protein and about as many carbs. Therefore, it is not a good food to eat, in order to help you burn those fat stores! However, it does taste good, and taste is important in life - very important. Just be sensible, and it sounds like you are doing just fine!

well quit clogging up your arteries

although peanut butter is tasty - it is made with hydrogenated (read artificial) fats - i.e. saturated

get real nuts - like almonds and walnuts

your not done growing-and i hope u eat other stuff too girl. if u feel fat-i dont think u are-then do aerobic stuff-and really, wait, in 5 yrs-they all will want you. really!

i hope you are eating more than just that. you are still growing and your body need nutrition's. eat healthy meals along with your work out
