I don't know of any Christian who said getting fillings in your teeth is a sin, which is an artificial implant in a tooth, so I guess, on the face of it, there is nothing wrong with it. The problem with a lot of these things isn't the technology, it's how it's used.
For example, there are good things like aritificial heart valves or hips or teeth have been around for a long time, and I guess it's only time before we see artificial limbs, etc.
I think the danger is when the technology is used to control people or take away there personality. We see this in suicide bombings and the like.

when thay can do it its fine with me but you can bet the christians will want to stop it thats all thay do is stop this planet from progresing and send it back to the dark ages where thay come from
