Is catering a really good course 2 study at college?

Unless you plan on being a chef or event coordinator this might be the most worthless class I have everheard of right behind ballroom dancing class

As a career choice I think it's fine if you want to be a waitress or barmaid.

Personally I'd prefer to EMPLOY these people to work in MY COMPANY so my choice would be somewhere boring like Business Management ;)

But even then this catering course may also work if you wanted to "learn the skills needed in order to employ the people with the right stuff".
