control Ur diet eat only 1 meal a day that too very little this vll work out during dinner follow this process and loose up to 5-6 Kgs of weight.

firstly check with doctor how to get it down and understand u r health , then need to go lesser callories food, fats, say icecream etc.,
better have lime juice in the morning possible with out sugar, cycling and jogging is best i think if u do surya namaskar is good for body
finally i say take very limited food in time and more liquid and how much ur body needs the energy to workout .and i dont think in a matter of 1 week no need to reduce so much and it will certainly effect after one week and ur body too in different problems better keep one month time and slowly and steadly u can control ur body weight

Losing weight calls for discipline. You have to do exercise as wellas watch out what you eat. Buy a treadmill or use a skipping rope if you dont want to step out of the house.

Unless you're really really short, you shouldn't way much less than you do now to start with.
And losing that much weight in one week is extremely unhealthy. If you did manage it, it'd be mostly water weight that you lost anyway, which would jump straight back on in a very short amount of time.

first whtsur height?its nt possible for u to lose 5kgs in one week..but still do brisk walking for 45min..reduce oily food stuffs..eat maximum salads..fruits..small meals 4times a day
