The problem is I think she likes my bestfriend at work. When the three of us are together she is always flirting with him and laughing at every single thing he does, funny or not. The final straw came yesterday when for the second time she asked me if I was going to happy hour after work, only to ask my friend too, and say that she would only go if he went. This girl is not stupid. She knows I like her too but I'm unsure if she knows that it upsets me to see the two of them having such a good time together. When I'm around the two of them and they are sharing one of those moments I just get very silent and usually have to leave the area. Aside from avoiding them at all costs I don't have any idea what to do. Would I be out of line if I asked her to stop being so flirtatious with my friend at work while I am around the two of them because it affects my work? I don't want to stop them from getting together, I just don't want to see them together.

If you like her, then you should tell her, and accept her response. Either she will date you or not. And leave it at that. You will get over the crush. You should have told her from the beginning that you were attracted to her. Yes, it if bothers you so much to see them together, then you should cease hanging out with them. You will get over these feelings. If she does not feel the same way about you, simply move on, there are plenty of women in the world. Good luck and God bless****
