You are the one that can help you, we are too far. I am a teacher and my advice is that you buy a good Grammar Book and watch the news this people have an excellent pronunciation, and you can learn by hearing, the book is to help you with the sentence construction and verbs Watch movies in English too, and try to practice with friends or people that speak English

depends on ur place, if there is a British Council in ur twon, its the best palce to learn english in it, if not move to any language cenetr in ur town, dont try to learn it by urself, i will take a very long time, with lot of effort and very poor outcome

if u r in school....take esl class.
esl means english as a second language.
that what i took last year..and now i speak english soooooooo well...
don't worry about englisg because english is a really easy language...

Take ESL courses where they teach you english. They are free.
