long and short term damage

Short term it will do little. Long term its use can stress the heart muscles and damage the delicate tissue with arrhythmia (if that's how you spell it). I read once that 33,000 people a year are admitted to hospital with heart problems brought on with cocaine use.
Also when cocaine is taken with alcohol it produces an enzyme in the kidneys or liver that gives the user a BIGGER high. This is also bad for the heart.

short term i speeds up your heart rate pumping massive amounts of endorphins around your blood stream for a short period make making you feel elated and carefree.
Long term there are no proven effects, although common sense would say that repeated use may make your heart tired and more likely to get a heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest.

I think it will only damage your heart if you do large doses!! plus if you have a heart problem to begin with!
your nose is where the main damage is done!

I knew someone who had a heart attack aged about 35 and we couldnt figure out why cos he had few risk factors...it turned out he'd been taking cocaine....go figure

Nothing good thats for sure,and like any drug it becomes an addiction. drugs are purely for tossers who have no respect for there body,and are usually taken by sad people who cant create enough enjoyment from life,without addictive substances.
