i am not going to waffle about the relationship itsself, just the pointers are
1 - hes cheated more than once
2 - he sleeps all day and is awake all nite on the computer
3 - he wants to be "friends" with the last "other woman"
4 - we have a daughter (aged 2) together
5 - he talks to me like my dad
6 - we are in debt up to our eyeballs
HELP
what would you do??

It sounds like you are trying to find reasons to hurt your boyfriend. Are you quite sure all of these things are true? Before you accuse an innocent man you must research your compalints against him; if you find more than 5 to be true then you have a strong case against him.
For example, you say he sleeps all day? Then you tell us he is up on the computer all night. It only makes sense the man would sleep all day, does it not.
You claim he treats you like your father-- how do you know this and what is the deeper issues surrounding you and your father.
I suggest taking it slow while making sure you do not lose and presagitate one of the best things that may ever happen to you. I say: apologize and level with him about your suggestions. If he denies any of your points or argues then it must shows he is innocent and that he probably deeply cares.

i would dump him but b4 u do that get him to pay of them bills he cant leave them for u and your daughter if he don't ..when his asleep sell all his stuff to pay of some of your debts first thing is that computer and make sure he gives u money for your daughter . u can do better than him he sounds like a real bad person and as for cheating on you well u should have left him the day u found out that's the worst thing anyone can do to someone i know how u feel i have been there and it is not nice the only difference is i have 2 kids and i am alone now and its much better i know it can be lonely at times but i would never be in that situation again get out of it love and start sharing a happy life with your lovely daughter she shouldn't have to live and see that how women should be treated good luck hunny all the best

The fact that you listed no redeeming qualities tells me you know what you need to do, and are looking for some support for your tough decision. If you are not getting anything productive out of your relationship, it is your responsibility to fix it, or move on. Here, I don't see any signs of mutual respect, and without that, really "fixing" things is not an option.
Bail - knowing it will be tough at first, but a HUGE relief. Decide where you want to be, then change your path, send the loser packing, and before long, you'll be in that better place you deserve.

DUMP this is not the kind of guy you want to spend the rest of your life with, and is there any good things about him doesn't sound like it and its showing your daughter a bad example. If he sleeps all day means he doesn't go to work. you need someone that's going to take care of you not someone that you have to take care of.And if he repeatedly cheated on you he will do it again, are you to soft? then, get a back bone, and trow the BS out. good luck,

well first of all after point #1 he would be out the door and all of the others wouldn't matter,
you need to set yourself up with a plan with out him in your life since from what is said here he is nothing but a piece of garabage that will pilfer everything you own
your daughter needs a better roll model in the way of a father and since he isn't upto the task time to move on

You need to get leave this guy and take care of your daughter. he's not good for you because he has cheated on you, he's obviously not helping your pay your bills and he lazy.
You need to move on get yourself sorted and not let this guy hold you back any longer
