Well, you have the exercise part down, but now you need to drink nothing but water, and eat three Lean Cuisines a day, NOTHING ELSE. No snacks, or junk. I lost 40 pounds in a month doing this.

You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. Sounds like you are doing enough exercise! The only suggestion I have is put yourself on a protein diet....only meats. Maybe a few vegetables...but NO carbs. Maybe increase your cardio workout. Good luck! If you win .... I want half of the prize! :> LOL

doctors will tell you this is not a safe way to do it but from personal experience do this for one week the sacred heart soup diet it is used for heart patients that need to lose weight quickly for surgery, i tried it it is not a bad diet it is not the cabbage soup one, yuck, i lost 12 pounds in a week i wouldnt do it for more then a week though, but once you lose the weight it is an incentative to eat better and try and keep it off good luck

Well if you do all that, it should be no problem to loose the weight. Just make sure you eat a lot of salads too.

personally i think u shud join weight watchers. its brill in 9wks iv lost 13.5lbs and in 7wks i lost 11.5lbs!the diet is brill its flexible doesnt cost much doesnt limit foods and promotes confidence whil doin so

CHANGE YOUR DIET. DO LOT OF BRISK (to a point that you sweat) WALKING AND EXERCISE A LOT, BUT DON'T OVER DO IT. GOOD LUCK.
