I want to give my life to christ. How should I go about it

pray for the Holy Spirit...be humble and repentant and talk to a good Protestant minister...make sure church believes the TRinity!

Salvation is a free gift from God. Pray for Jesus to come into your hart and tell him you want him to be your Lord and Savior. You can pray this any where at any time. Jesus will give you the desire to follow him. Some times we all make mistakes but that's how we learn and grow in Gods Grace. Once you have Accepted Christ you become a part of the body of Christ on earth. You need to find a group of worshipers as Christian,Methodist,Catholic,Baptist,or any other that says Jesus Christ is God, and once saved always saved. Don't worry about making big changes in your life. God will give you direction as to his purpose and needs.

It does not matter if you talk to a Protestant, Catholic, Orthodox, or any other type of priest. You don't even have to talk to a priest, you can do things your own way, whatever gives you satisfaction in life, I suggest you do it. You can sit on the couch on Sunday mornings and watch TV Evangelicals, as long as you feel it's enough. I would suggest researching some churches and organizations first, a good place to start is www.religioustolerance.org
Just remember what makes you happy is the most most important thing.

Invite Jesus into your heart. Make Him the Lord of your life. Just speak to Him sincerely. Praise the Lord. This is the best question I answered so far. Read the bible and go to a bible believing church.

First, you have to go to a church. They will use emotional manipulation to get you to believe that a god exists and you've wronged him. They won't have any real evidence for this, but they will claim their book is all the evidence you need. Although this sounds silly, you just have to not think about that too much. It helps to think of any insecurity you have in your life. They'll be more than happy to use that to make you feel bad about your current situation. Then it is just a matter of letting yourself feel guilty about all the things they said you should feel guilty about. This will bond you closer to the people of the church, and distance you from any reality that might separate you from it. As you let them indoctrinate you, you'll focus your life more on their propaganda than one what's going on around you.
You'll constantly have to battle "backsliding", though. Luckily, they have people there to interpret current events for you that might otherwise distress you. There's no limit to the extent that they will rationalize things to make it look like this is one huge battle between God and Satan. Just try not to think for yourself. Instead, just accept what they tell you to think. That should take care of any backsliding.
