Well a simple straight NO., and dont feel guilty about it. You may loose your friendship with them what good are these people who expect free supply of your money.

say no. And don't let people know what you have. Down play everything. If people think you are broke or mean they will not ask you any more. Lower everyone expectations of you when i comes to borrowing money. It's worth it, because you will have your money in your pocket, instead of everyone else.
And your friends will like you more if you don't have to act like a mob boss to get what you let them borrow back. It works out well for everyone. TRUST ME!

The easiest way to say no is to say NO. Keep it simple. Everyone understands NO when you say NO.
