This dog should be taken to the vet IMMEDIATELY. Blood will have to be drawn, and the chemistry checked to see if the dog's kidneys are being affected. Raisins, grapes, and chocolate are poisonous to dogs. Grapes do affect the dog's kidneys and can cause renal failure.
Dogs who eat grapes and raisins typically vomit within a few hours of ingestion. Most of the time, partially digested grapes and raisins could be seen in the vomit, fecal material, or both. At this point, some dogs would stop eating (anorexia), and develop diarrhea. The dogs often became quiet and lethargic, and showed signs of abdominal pain. These clinical signs lasted for several days -- sometimes even weeks.
When medical care was sought, blood chemistry panels showed consistent patterns. Hypercalcemia (elevated blood calcium levels) was frequently present, as well as elevated levels of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and phosphorous (substances that reflect kidney function). These chemistries began to increase anywhere from 24 hours to several days after the dogs ate the fruit. As the kidney damage developed, the dogs would produce little urine. When they could no longer produce urine, death occurred. In some cases, dogs who received timely veterinary care still had to be euthanized. I hope your dog comes out of this one. Don't hesitate one more day without vet care.

I am not sure where you read that grapes could toxic to dogs. I have fed my dogs grapes apples oranges any kind of fruit they would eat. also raw vegetables raw or cooked. when you feed them fruits they need to be washed thoroughly to get the spray off them. As for peeing more grapes have natural hydrogen peroxide in them and that can be the reason for more peeing which is good. Enjoy your dog remember your dog is a true and faithful friend.

Yes, Raisins and grapes have also been found to be dangerous for dog.
Avoid spicy foods, onions, and broccoli, since they may upset dog's stomach, and skip chocolate altogether because it contains an ingredient that is toxic to dogs.
If your dog vomiting.... you should take your dog to see the vet.

Unless you have fed him/her a huge amount of grapes I dont think he/she will die or anyting but you might want to get a good air freshiner and stop feeding the dog grapes.
