With many airlines using white fuselage with just a splash of color, I like silver metallic color with purple & red by Virgin Atlantic. Also, I like the KLM's Boeing 747s in their traditional blue.

I am a Boeing 747-400 Captain for Delta Airlines, which merged with Northwest, so I have flown a Northwest 747. Trust me--although you'd get a huge, touchscreen TV in Business and First, you still get your own seatback television screen. Enjoy, and keep flying Delta/NW!

Any and every aircraft would look good in Southwest Airline colors. Blue on top going to orange then red. The colors of a sunset. Beautiful in my opinion!!
