that's funny! I've never thought of it. I, of course, don't call him 'baby Jesus' unless it's a song

Well, people are people....what can we can about basic human nature, left without proper biblical education, right?
But you've said that Jesus has been dead for 2000 years.... kindly remember that it's been roughly 2000 years since his death, PLUS his burial, PLUS his RESURRECTION. The only one to have come back from death itself is the Lord Jesus Christ.
(In Israel, he brought a couple people back, but....I'm talking about the big one, here) But as for the Baby Jesus? It's all confusion....people don't read their bibles...and they don't study them....and they don't believe what they read when they do study them...
They go to the pastor of their denomination, or their religion, who tells them all about the laws, ordinances, schedules, holidays, and rules that have to be upheld, and in many of these false teachings, we've got Jesus as a baby....some teach that he's still dead today, some teach he's still hanging on the cross, some teach he never went on the cross....it's all biblical confusion...
I agree....let's not live in the past...let's forget the things which lie behind, and go forward with what's ahead, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ who paid all of our sin debts once and for all, and we will ALL be saved.

I beg to differ. Jesus most certainly was born to live on this earth. Matter of fact, He lived a totally sinless life. Yet he died, so we might live. He is just as real today as always. I'm sorry that you don't know Him. He's with you right now. He said that He would never leave you or forsake you. And guess what? He is waiting for you to ask Him these questions on a direct line 24/7. Ask Him. You'd be awed and overjoyed to hear the answers. Try to have a joyous CHRISTmas.

isn't it time so which you would be able to end being a moron and pass on alongside with your life? Jesus stated to stick to the commandments of God in case you needed to be saved from the hearth. i assume you in basic terms decide for to experience warmth? Jesus wasn't a guy on the line who grew to alter into oftentimes going on, he replaced right into a prophet of god and he carried out miracles to coach he replaced into telling the reality. So now 2000 years laters no one recalls that there was once a guy from god asserting god does exist.

I think it is because religion is past-tense, and for those that follow it have a insatiable need to live that past, it really dose lack a lot of common sense why people live with that concept, it simply boggles the mind.

Why have any memories? why remember the Veterans for old wars? Why celebrate our own Birthdays, Wedding anniversaries? We are, as Humans, a culmination of our collective memories. It is all a big individual and social orgasm! enjoy!

Jesus was not the son of God, but a messenger of God and very much human.
Everyone is responsible for his/her sins and noone (Jesus) could have died for anyone's sins.
We will be asked and punished for our sins and rewarded for our good deeds on the day of Judgment,

I bet if you had a kid and he was grown up and your only child and lets say his name was Sam for example, you would go your whole life looking at pictures and come across one of his baby pictures and say "Oh look, this is baby Sam" Now does this answer your question? By the way can I pray for you? You seem to need it!
