Try giving her bananas or eggs, scrambled are better. For some reason these two are good at `binding`.I've used both of these with my children.
To really help clear it,you need to keep her off dairy products for 24 - 48 hours. The bacteria causing the bug, feeds on the dairy products, which cause it to keep on thriving.Where as,if she doesn't have any in her body,it will starve, and after a few days she should be back to normal.

The reason you get diarrhoea is to expel the toxins quickly.
Stopping it, unless you have to go to a wedding etc, is not advisable.
Keep up the rehydrate (water) and feed chicken and rice combinations. No sauces or dairy. Small quantities of lemonade also helps. Let it run its course, but check her for dehydration often.

Pedilyte (comes in flavored liquid, water or ice) and lots of fluids to replenish electrolytes. Maybe he's allergic to a food (for example dairy)? Maybe consider doing blood test for allergies. They can also take a swab and culture the stool, things like salmonella poisoning can cause diarrhea but it usually runs with fever.

There are over the counter medications that help with rehydration such as Gastrolyte, as the name implies they contain essesntial electrolytes and come in fruit flavours. There are also Gastrolyte ice blocks that small children will usually eat. If your daughters loose bowels continue she may require medical intervention as small children, because of their small body mass become dry very quickly.

try Xango juice. it is very effective in the treatment of digestive problems. It is made from the Mangosteen fruit which grows only in SE Asia. It has been documented and researched for many years as being extremely good for the immune system.

The bugs needs to "come out" but i found giving lucozade sport the ones in the pouches marvellous because it is giving them the vitamins back and stopping the dehydration. i found this out from the doctor as my boys always refused dirolayte.

Disinfect the toilet after use and make sure every one washes their hands well. If it continues with your daughter I would get her checked out by a doctor
good luck
