Ok i know this sounds odd, but can anyone tell me? Its on the skin towards the back half of it, and well ive had pimples on pretty much every other part of my body, but is this normal? Odds of it being an std are like 0.001%.

This is a very minor infection and like other skin eruptions will clear up. It is a little helpful to use a bactericidal soap...but not much as normal soap works well. Some of the OTC antibiotics such as neomycin are rather ineffective. Don't worry, it happens to others too. However if you open one of the pimples (squeeze it) Do wash the area well and use some peroxide to clean the wound carefully. If they are not painful (usually they are not), don't squeeze them, they will clear up on their own. Several different skin bacteria are responsible but unless you want to make a big deal of it and go to a doctor who would culture the pimple and also prescribe antibiotic creams or perhaps pills, just let nature take care of it. I am a physician and believe that conservative treatment is better.
