Don't drink --- is the concise answer.
But once you have poisoned yourself, think about a poison remedy from the point of your body's needs. Alcohol is a form of sugar. it causes your body to pour out the B vitamins and other water soluble vitamins and minerals. Plus, it dries out your mucus membranes because of the excessive fluid loss. You think you're drinking fluids, but water is the body's natural fluid.
With those things in mind, get some natural B vitamins, the complex kind, some vitamin C, about 1000 mg (milligrams), and some V-8 juice. The V-8 juice has enough salts to replace what the alcohol washed out.
Take two B vitamin and the equivalent of 1000 mg of vitamin C with four or more ounces of the V-8 juice...every hour, if possible, for three hours. Then just sip the V-8 between glasses of water until you feel better.
Next time...take some B vitamins and vitamin C before you go out or as soon as you get home before you go to bed. That will lessen the effects of the poison in your system.

I use the same method every time I get a hangover if you follow this easy three part plan I gurantee succsess.........step 1. whenever you wake up go to the store and get a bottle of pedialyte ( most likely located in the baby food isle) try to drink the whole thing with 3 advil or tylenol. It does wonders for rehydrating you and replenshing electrolytes. Step 2. after you take the pills and drink the pedialyte go get a large milkshake preferablly vanilla or strawberry and drink that. step 3. 20 minutes after that eat a greasy burger with a glass of water. This plan will gurantee relief, you will start to feel better immediately after step 1 but by the time you finish you will feel like a million bucks and be ready to drink your a** off again.
* note greasy pizza can be substituted for greasy burger

Hangovers are dehydration. Drink water.
Better yet, drink water WHILE you are drinking. Request that the waiter bring you and your friends each a glass of water, and make sure to drink a glass every 2 or 3 beers. Yeah, you'll pee more, big deal, thank me in the morning. :P

Physiologically, a hang over is a combination of dehydration and hypoglysemia (low blood sugar). Drink lots of water and eat some pasta (without sauce) or some other cabohydrate rich food. Don't eat a lot, just a half cup - cooked.

Hair of the dog! Get up and start over. Or don't drink so much. Or don't drink Pop with your alcohol. After a night of drinking, (and I have been told this is not a good idea) take a couple of Extra strength Tylenol before crashing. (sorry about the poor choice of words) hehe

Yeah I find pasta or pizza is excellent, it makes you feel all satisfied. Also, eat anything with citric acid if you've thrown up the night before because you need to replenish your lost stomach acid... And it tastes great, especially oranges!

drink lots h2o.... if it doesnt work drink a 2 or 3 more beers...
at least thats what i do to level up that excrutiating heavy feeling in your head coz your face would feel null again... and then take a nap.. then walla!!! ur in good shape again...
