Well i gave this guy a christmas card kind of giving him the idea that i like him. just a suttle one though. he's flirted with me before. But he didn't make any moves with me, that night. He still talked and mucked around with me though. What do you think this guy is thinking? he did smile though when he got the card.

As you mention the card was suttle so he might not know what is your main intention or what you are trying to say. I think he likes you since he still "hangs" around with you.
You should ask him, and maybe he has a X'mas surprise for you.

My opinion about all guys, HORNY PERVERTS!!! If he's in to you then he'll ask you out. He probably thinks that you like him as a friend as well.
