Does anyone know how long you stay in jail if this is your third DUI...Im from ohio if that helps!

I agree! Not long enough! Do you tink you are invincible? I know I'm not, and with people who drink and drive on the road everyday, we all face a risk of dying. Could you live with being a murderer for the rest of your life if you killed an innocent person (or family)? Stop crying about potential jail time and actually make an effort to switch from the path you are taking.

Why would this person have the second chance let alone the third chance. What if the third time this person actually kills a member of his/her own family? I know someone who actually did that. Once someone is killed, the drunk driver should be wishing he/she would have sobered up and stopped drinking. Think and don't drink period.

Hopefully, as long as the laws permit! If you drink and drive, your license should be suspended, you should receive maximum jail time and your vehicle confiscated!
You are a hazard to everyone and shouldn't be allowed the privilege of driving!

you stay at least one year. because the third DUI in ohio is a felony. so for felonies, you stay at least a year.

Not long enough. What is it going to take to make you realize how stupid drunk driving is? My finace was killed by a drunk driver years ago.
