What is the age limit to rent a car or truck in Ohio?

Their are age limits for renting autos and i need to get somewhere fast i need the right age limit and or rules for renting a car/truck in Ohio.

check ohio dmv online , i think it is 21 an you need a credit card thats how it is at hertz where my aunt works.

It also depends on the rental agency,, some are 25, but all require a valid license and a credit card.
