So yeah. I finally am going to ask the big question: Is that bit up there true? My mom always told me not to take a bath when I'm tired or haven't gotten any sleep. She said you could die from that. I was thinking it's because of the way you're brain cells are tried and then a sudden gush of cold water on your head could trigger very dangerous results.

So what do you guys think?

I'm a Filipino btw, so this bit would sound like one of those "folk lore" health beliefs but she once mentioned someone died from it. Who knows? She could be telling the truth. I don't take a bath when I haven't gotten any sleep at all.

Death is a big risk mind you. >.>

the only way you could die is because you could drown,no other reason as a bath could wake you up if you are tired

Baths are relaxing.

Sleep deficit + bath = sleep.

Sleep + bath = drown.

Drown = bad.

I never heard of that. I wonder how many will answer your question with this: Maybe she was talking about falling asleep and drowning.
