I am jewish by religion and blood, my spirituality is... off the beaten path, but not contrary to judaism. I'm male, and raised Conservative Jewish.
the way I see it theres a range of difficulty, you could say, with a moderately fuzzy border where past a certain point it would not be reasonably possible, and a different border where it would be impossible.
and a paralell line in which I see as being more or less likely that is if the person's religious, moral, and spiritual beliefs, and most importantly, personality, that would generally go along with each belief system.
only in the extremes would any one attribute be absolutely deal breaking.
from my understanding of it... hinduism is just barely short of the "dealbreaker" line. basically that it'd be very hard and/or unlikely to come to a workable relationship with that variable, but not absolutely unilaterally impossible.
other examples would be that a strong-atheist (that is, that there is no god, rather than "can't prove that there IS a god), someone who belived there was no afterlife/supernatural, or a "messianic jew" would be in the "absolutely deal breaking" category.
where say, a Wiccan would be in the other side, where it wouldn't be all that hard for me to "get over" the religious difference, since in THAT case its not fundamentally contrary to the aspects of what I see as most important.
of course a woman of like mind religiously and spiritually would be the easiest to get along with, can't be too picky about that sorta stuff.

I have a relatively positive view of Hindus and Hinduism. I can at least say that a Hindu has never tried to convert me or claimed that I killed their god or that I stole their land.
As for marrying one? No I would not. I have seen what intermarriage can do. Marriage is hard enough with out major theological differences. Ideally Christians should marry Christians Jews with Jews and Hindus with Hindus.
also I am male and many would consider me Orthodox even though I dont consider myself one.
