well, ive never made it, but all you have to do is make coffee, stick it in the fridge until its nice and cold, and then: fill a cup with ice, pour the cold coffee in. you can add a mixture of water and dissolved sugar to sweeten it, and milk or cream if you'd like. use good coffee and it should turn out great.

If you can get it, Kona is the most mellow of coffees. Brew it, then allow to cool slowly for about an hour, then add ice and serve. However, Kona is also one of the more expensive coffees, and is not available everywhere, so choose a good Colombian blend, add salt to it in the basket, and brew. Cool and serve. We did that on the farm, and it worked, somehow it cut the acid some. This does not help you if you don't know how strong your guests like their coffee.

ok, you take a pot of coffee and you heat it, brew it what ever way you prefer ok... get yourself a cup, about 8 to 10 ounces.. put in two, or two and half tea spoons of suger..add hot coffee, and then cream to color you think is right.stir well.. then simlpy add ice and stir well.AGAIN...remembering that the ice will eventually melt and dilute the coffee, so it is best to use stong coffee to begin with ok, good luck
