Jesus did not commit suicide. He was killed. He died for everyones sins. He wasn't willingly crucified, he just wouldn't lie so they killed him. You see people die because they were born into sin and haved sinned Romans 3:23. Death is brought by sin, so since Jesus did not sin and he died anyways, he overcame death and took all of our sins for us. “This is a true saying, and everyone should believe it: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--and I was the worst of them all.” - 1 Timothy 1:15. “For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.” – 2 Corinthians 5:21. Read romans 5:6-21 to get a better understanding. Jesus also came to give us life and more abundantly. He came to save the lost. “He came once for all time, at the end of the age, to remove the power of sin forever by his sacrificial death for us.” – Hebrews 9:26. Jesus came to destroy the devil’s work, restore power to us, give us peace, give us life (and more abundantly) and reconnect us with God. I could go on and on...Its hard to explain everything in this. If you want more just pic up the bible and ask God to show you whatever you want to know. When we sinned we disconnected ourselves from God. He became the mediator so that we could have a relationship with god again.

No that may no longer what Christians believe. Jesus Christ triumphed over devil the author of sins, crimes, illness and afflictions on the pass. God set a regulation that for the duration of straightforward terms blood ought to pardon sin, subsequently the various Jewish animal sacrifices. besides the shown fact that, whilst God gave His Son Jesus Christ to die on the pass God's blood washed away sin, it did no longer conceal it like the blood of animals. Jesus went down into hell and took the keys of eternal hell and loss of life from devil and God stated whoever believes in His Son could have eternal life. God will rule and reign with us on earth as Jesus Christ. he will nevertheless be an all-eating hearth and Spirit, yet as Jesus Christ we can behold Him and walk with Him and talk with Him. it relatively is why God created us.

That's one way of putting it, I guess. But the nuking He did was really against the enemy - Satan. Satan used to rule the people by their fear of death. But when Jesus walked out of His tomb, He made a fool out of Satan. Now we know that we'll live even though we "die". Peace.
