There is no way to spot reduce fat, or target specific parts of your body. People carry their fat in different ways (men = abs and back, women tend to carry more on thighs). So whatever you have now, as you drop fat it will drop from everywhere. Your breasts will probably shrink as well (a lot of your breast tissue is fat).

Eat less, excercise more, and try to make sure you burn more calories than you take in. Keep a food/exercise diary to track your numbers. Good luck.
