It's Friday night and my wisdom teeth have finally come through enough to bug the hell out of me(I can barely open my mouth without it hurting a lot.) I have no insurance and I don't think any dental offices will be open until Monday. What should I do?

take two tylenol, and then 2 to 3 hours later take two ibprofen, you can also get some stuff to put on the tooth, red cross...orajel, ambesol..red cross is the most powerful tooth ache meds but it burns the crap out of you lips if you get it on them....good luck i know how painful this is

That's generally the strongest topical pain reliever you can get over-the-counter. If you live in an area where it's legal to buy Tylenol-3 over the counter, that's something that might help as well.

depending where you reside, I would get a Goody powder -- they always work as far as having a toothache...or you can always go to an Emergency Room and get some narcotics, or even in your neighborhood nowadays!!!! Hope you get to feeling better.
