Lift weights. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, lunges all work your thighs. You should lift enough weight so you hit positive failure between 4 to 6 reps. If you can do more than 6 reps, you need more weight. If you can't do 4 reps, you have too much. Each workout session, you should try to push yourself to do a little better than the last time (1 or 2 more reps and/or more weight than your last session). And don't forget the rest of your body. Work each muscle group this way. You would look very strange having big muscular legs, but little scrawny arms.
Three other areas that are just as important as exercise to increase muscles mass are diet, rest, and hydration. Make sure you eat healthy and get plenty of proteins. Your body uses protein to repair and build your muscles (when you lift weights, you are actually doing small, micro damage to your muscles). Make sure you get plenty of rest, because that is the time your body does the repair. Wait at least 48 hours before you work the same muscle group again. And get plenty of water. Your muscles are made of over 70% water, so keep yourself well hydrated.

Big muscles? Squat type exercises: Squats, leg press, hack squats. Mix em up with lunges and leg curl/extensions. Go heavy, but be careful of your back when doing free squats.
But why just thighs? If you're going to go max effort, why not go for compound exercises, like power cleans, that work legs, back, shoulders all at the same time? My personal favorite!

at first if your weight is less u should increase your weight and also do jump rope in a short time and very fast with some rest between every set. like jump rope in 15 second with 30s rest .
and also speed run can help u to make muscle in your thighs like 60 meter or 100 m in 3 set with some rest between every set.
good luck
