The West offers great deal of freedom that unfortunately are not present in most Muslim countries. In my experience, when immigrants come to the West, they appreciate and utilize these newly gained freedoms more than the ones who grow up with these freedoms.
While I agree with you that it's offensive that such statements be made, I also support the fact that freedom of speech entitles you to say what you want to say (in a responsible manner.)
Also, in any culture in the World, minorities have typically (with varying degrees in different societies) been short changed on their rights. I think you would hear far worse criticism (some might be warranted and some might not) to the West than the words immoral and corrupt coming out from minorities in the West, is your solution going to work here? I don't think so.

Amen to that!
Maybe Zabist should know that we didn't invade their beloved Iraq. The iraqis invaded Kuwait, not us; and that started off the whole thing.
The day we move out, the Sunnis, Shias and the Kurds etc, will be killing each other again!?
And, puhlease, what oil? We are getting zip from all this!?
And for torture, well, I don't want to give the links of Islamic Terrorists beheading Eugene Armstrong and a lot of other such videos that al-Jazeera Broadcast. Suffice it be known that the Muslims are atrocious.
The link below will show you their "Peaceful" Muslims in action.
One of them is footage of the Feb. 2006 rally of Muslims in London. You can see for yourself what they are like there.
So, the question, again, is why don't they leave?
Like the Captain replied, it's not all that easy.
If you're not a Wahabi, you don't go to Saudi Arabia. If you're not Shia, you don't go to Iran. And so on and so forth. There are too many for me detail here.
Why,?
Because the Muslims there will kill you first or, at the very least, persecute you and treat you like a dog!?
So, when they come here for refuge and help, why don't they adapt and behave themselves?
Because, in their arrogance, they do not have any gratitude for our having given them this Opportunity to live a decent life.
In due course of time, they will force us to kick them out, though; so, not to worry.
Merry Christmas!!!

LOL LOL LOL LOL I left the US for an Islamic country partly because of the terrible moral situation in the US. My husband is Muslim and I know our future kids will have a much better moral upbringing here. Family values are wonderful here and there is a much higher understanding of decency. The west may have more freedoms, but in many cases those freedoms are destroying the culture.

A lot of those who talk should not be talking at all. They are not so perfect over here, hell you ought to see the crap that goes on over here.
This woman I know was telling me this one time her husband and she were drinking tea at the Gulf of Arabia, and how she saw this one Arab woman having sex with her driver right then and there in the car. The woman had a husband.
So yeah they should really talk.
See, around here they keep it all hush hush, sweep it under the rug.
Take it with a grain of salt and also let it be known when those Saudi boys (not all, there are some who are good) come over there you can bet it's just for sex.
When you hear that just laugh and say to yourself "Yeah sure."

That's not a question. That's an angry suggestion. Well, if you don't like Muslims, you can just leave them alone.
Millions of Muslims are born in Western countries. So why would they leave their homelands? We will always criticize immoral acts (homosexuality, nakedness, vulgarity etc) because we want to keep aloof from such things.

Muslims insist on the evils of the Western culture and the virtues of Islam but at the same time do everything possible to immigrate to the West in order to escape oppression of the Islamic countries.
Its a way to close your eyes, sit back and relax in a free country. Let western soldiers fight and loose their life's to make their countries safe and free from oppression.
(sure this is not to generalize but we don't hear the outrage of any Muslim on violence spread by their people and Islam.)

There are pros and cons to living anywhere and Western countries are no exception. Plus in Islam we are required to show the right path to the astray ones, and hence I am here trying to remove misconceptions about Islam that many people have.

Unfortunately people conceive an opinion about Islam not based on research, but on the actions of a few individuals or gossip or as projected by the media.
