Yes I believe. I been doing it for almost my who life. The thing that you have to understand there is a plane that I call the astral plane. There are many other planes also. Ask someone who does guided meditation about the plane they go to, or a Shaman where they go. Great books out there on how to. if your thinking about it. Although most people take years to learn it, you can do it if you only believe. The books I like best are by Ophiel. He was a great man.

I'm not exactly sure. I've been very close to doing it a large number of times, but I'm not sure if it's something generated in the mind or if there's some other explanation. I don't have enough personal experience to determine either way as of yet.

My mom tried it back in the day, said she saw a bunch of cribs whizzing by. Never did after that, no it wasnt drugs either...she was religious though.

it certainly does exist.
I have more doubt in the existance of gravity, than I have in the existance of nonphysical planes of existance.
remember not everyone sees the world the same as you.
