In Dr. No, for dinner, Champagne is poured into triangular flute. "That's a Dom Perignon '55 - it would be a pity to break it," says Dr. No when Bond gets agitated. Bollinger is the Champagne most associated with Bond. You'll have difficulty finding a Bollinger from the 1950's and it'll probably be well past its best, but a recent Bolly will be a great drink. Enjoy

Bollinger he also drinks vodka martinis shaken not stirred ( or anything else handy including glycol I suspect as Ian Fleming was supposed to have patterned him after himself )
