Give your cousin a written 30 day notice. Then, if he/she is still there, change the locks. That's the legal way if the apartment is in your name. Peace.

Is he paying rent to you? Does he contribute to the utilities, food, etc. If not, you still may need to get an eviction order from the courts. Once this is done, usually the courts will send the sheriffs department to evict him. Its a civil matter, so the police wouldn't have the authority to evict him. Only the courts would be able to get him out of your residence.

Play broke. Let the power, water, and cable get turned off. Then ask him for money. He'll find a new place fast.

Ps. don't forget to change the locks when he's gone.

I dont know what you mean when you say everything.

How about if you move and then dont tell him where youre moving to.

All you can really do if he wont go is call the police and have him removed as a trespasser.
