There would be approximateley 29,000 standard size bricks in an average size 4 bedroom house, these would be facing bricks for the external skin of a cavity wall

A pair of semi detached houses contains approx 10,000 bricks.
A 3 bed detached contains approx 8,000 bricks. So a 4 bed will be somewhere in between.

standard bricks you are looking at about 500,000 for a solid brick four bedroom home

probly about 300000 but then it depends if ur using red bricks or stone or block stone
