Hands down...Plucker's.
How can you live in Austin, be a Longhorn, and not know about Plucker's?
Though the first guy that listed several restaurants had good choices. Plucker's is great for fun and beer, they serve Wings mostly, and like burgers and what not. It's real good food and not very expensive. It's real fun on game day too, they play the fight song at the beginning of the game and every time WE score.
