LOVE
There is no time limit. Love can come in 1 second or it may take 50 years.
But love has a quality. If the quality is there then it is love, Even after 100 years, if the quality is not there then it is not love. It is not a matter of time.
LOVE means that you only have a desire to make your object of love happy without any selfish personal desire. Love is selfless.
That is quite a tall order to fulfill, but when it is there, it is there and you have it!
If you are trying to satisfy yourself in the relationship then you are under the influence of lust, anger, greed, etc. It is not pure love.
PURE LOVE means unmotivated and uninterrupted. 24X7 I think of you.
Pure love is even devoid of sex desire, though you may reciprocate sexually with your object of love to please them. When you have pure exclusive love for someone then you are essentially desireless. You only desire their happiness and their happiness is the source of your happiness--to the point that if they become happy by giving you distress, then you will take your own distress as your greatest happiness...because it makes them happy.
These are very elavated concepts of love and not ordinarily attainable on the material platform.
These are generally realized in our eternal personal relationship with God, who is really the only one worthy of such a high degree of love, and even then it is rarely attained.
Hope this helps!
When the quality is there, then where is the need to say it? Go for quality.

There is no correct length of time. You could tell her you love her now and she may be overjoyed because she feels the same way about you. However you may also make her run a mile if she is not as serious about you as you are about her. Leave it a bit longer until you feel she may feel that way about you. Age has a lot to do with it as well younger people can fall in and out of love a lot more than older people would.

So your in love that´s nice , Is this the first time you have felt like this.? if so then it´s a normal feeling , but love is a rather big word to use, like a lot, and want to be with this person yes, take thing´s day by day , first love is nice , but love is when you want to stay with someone for the rest of your live, and take´s time to get to know a person ,one month is not enough Merry Christmas

Wait about five years before you say it. Okay, maybe a year after you know her really really well. A month is not long enough to love someone, because you haven't seen that person as a whole. You don't know them fully yet. I'd be bold to say, you're in lust. It isn't love yet.

Figure out why you think she needs to know by your words first. Does she? Can your actions be enough? I think a girl should know you love her before you tell her. Then you need to guage whether she's ready to hear it. Some girls want you to be way committed before they hear it, other's want to hear it from day one. Go with your instincts. But check your motives and try to figure what she'll think.

You should only tell her you love her when you do..... sometimes you can fall in love straight away, sometimes you don't.
Don't tell her you love her just because you think it is the right time

You mean you didnt tell her on the first date?
Seriously though there is no specific exact time when you should just when the moment feels right.

Mind you love is not what you'll just say without really come from your heart. If you do love say it to her, even 2weeks after you met her doesn't mean.So therefore if you do love her tell her otherwise someone will snatch her from you okay.
