typically for someone that smokes on a regular basis is 30-45 days. NO, 30 days is NOT the max if you are a pothead.

from what i understand, it stays in your system anywhere from 1 - 3 months. drink LOTS of water, flush your system out.

I was told that if you have smoked only a little, it will leave your system in a month or less.
