Wipe her bottom with a paper towel..then you can see on the towel, if it is just a lot of blood tinged fluids, or actually a dark red blood...If it is indeed a lot of really red blood, she likely needs help, so you should call a vet, even if it is a neighboring town..but, if it is like watered down blood, she is OK..

If she is not ok, then by the time you get an answer on this forum, she will be dead. Dogs have the same potential problems as humans, including having a placenta that is retained and thus continues to bleed. If she continues to bleed, you should encourage the pups to suck (this encourages a natural uterine contractile hormone called oxytocine to work, thus lessening the bleed), or, you could massage the uterus area for the same reason. You should at least call an emergency vet in your area to ask these questions. Good luck.

You don't say how old your dog is? If it's an older dog, she could have many different problems. Dogs can not have litter after litter without problems. You need to give your dog a rest after each litter. Don't breed more often than every 18-24 months. After this litter is born, please have your dog spayed. There are so many unwanted dogs being put to sleep every day that it makes me so sad.

If she is an older dog or a small breed dog impregnated by a large breed dog she might be bleeding out or hemorrhaging. You should take her to a vet or else call your vet.

nope, you need to take her to the vet, specially if she already has had a number if litters.
