Besides being clean, I don't think there's any side effects to taking a shower around midnight. A lot of people take showers at night.

The only side effect that I get with taking a hot/warm shower at night is that I seem to sleep better.

Ask the Japanese...because they ALWAYS shower before going to bed...they do not believe in going to bed with the day's polution and body soil (prespiration) ON them.

Side Effects? I've showered at night because I'm flying out too early to shower the next morning...and I've slept very well...weather midnight, or 10pm...

No side effects except cleanliness. I take a shower before I sleep too, and in the morning. If you shower twice a day, your skin might be a bit dry, but nothing a dab of lotion cannot solve.

It depends on when need to wake up each morning. Obviously, you should shoot for 8 hrs to be fully alert the next morning.

The only other thing is if you tend to sweat in your sleep, you would need to take another shower in the morning.

Also, morning showers may help wake you up.

But if none of these affect you, keep taking night showers (that's what I do).

Yes, you will turn into a werewolf. You probably sleep better because not only do you cleanse the grime away, all the negativity you may have absorbed is washed away.Have a nice day
