Ok, so I am a college student, about 150 lbs and about 5'8, definitely want to lose a little bit of weight before summertime, and next semester I'm taking a swimming class, where I swim for 3 days a week for an hour each time. How much will this help, will it help me lose a little weight or help me tone up if I eat better also. If not, what could I do WITH that to help me tone up before spring break/summer? (I'm starting early, as you can see)
