First of all, I think 5'3" is a very sexy height..I love shorter and petite girls.
However, I can tell you the pituitary gland in the brain releases a hormone that stimulates growth. The pituitary gland is stimulated to release this hormone when you sleep.
I'm not saying to sleep like crazy,..I'm only suggesting that if you are not currently getting enough sleep (7-8 hours per night), then now is a good time to start getting the necessary amount of sleep.

At 17 and being female, you're probably done growing.
If you really want to look taller, wear high heels...
But you shouldn't worry about height. 5'3" isn't that short, and if you look odd, he might be too tall!! Trying to be taller is about as ridiculous as telling him to get shorter...

you can try basketball and swimming, but you won't grow taller overnight. accept yourself the way you are and let your body grow according to its own rhythm. it's good your boyfriend is taller, what if you had a boyfriend that's shorter than you??!!

Honey I have the exact same problem and my man LOVES it I am 5ft and he is 6''2 .To be completely honest being with someone taller than you is a godsend because all basketball players have short Girlfriends and The sex is Excellent !! LOL..

You dont need to be tall as he is. Hieght is by nature. Be happy with all you have; i mean be happy with your hieght.Hey! you are 17 years old. I think you cant grow any more.

hi dont use high hill shoe
it has bad affect
u may jump ur self 5 minuts in every day consecutively
and u may use hight increaser machine/shoe. it will make u tall early
but 1 thing u dont mention what ur boyfriends evaluation abut ur
hight
