If you are referring to scripture, you have misquoted:
Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
This scripture is used by Handel in his famous Oratorio, the Messiah.
I Cr 13;8a
12-8-6
Jewish and Christian Tradition teaches that when the Prophet
Isaiah received this prophesy six hundred years before the coming of Christ(Messiah) that he reached the pinnacle of human happiness and danced around his village as a result.
