Can I take tylenol and muscinex?

I have a cold.

At around 5-6 pm today I took two tylenol cold tablets. Then at around 8-9 My mom gave muscinex...which I took one of. Then just a lil while ago at around say 1:20 am I took two more tylenol cold tabs. It's now 1:44 am...

I didn't really think about it at first...but will I be ok? Their all a few hours from each other...but I'm worriedish...
