How old are you? Probably a teen, right? Just up your protein and calorie intake. If you're very active, you're probably burning up all the calories you take in right now. I would try taking amino acids in the pill form, and something like Designer Whey protein. Try to intake about 6000 to 8000 calories a day for 1 month and see if that helps. The protein should be taken about 4-6 times a day, until you see a weight gain, then adjust it down to about 3-4.

What age are you.. ? if your in teens to 35 would say your problem is you have a fast metabolism... I have a family member who was 6ft 4in and weight 140 for most of his life... he too could eat anything ad still not gain a thing... it really bothered him. so he went to doctor and nothing wrong was found.. now in last 5 yrs he now in his 40's he gain up to now weighting 200lbs and looks good with it.. During this time he found that eating normal home cooked food help him maintain his weight... fast food seemed to not stick with him...

Have you seen your doctor. You may have a thyroid dysorder. I would start there. Having those High Protein Shakes you get in health food stores helps out alot to increase weight. That's healthier then pizza.

I would get checked first just to make sure it's nothing healthwise k!

If you're a teenager, don't worry about it, it'll change when you get older. If you're over 25, you can go to a doctor and check for hyperthyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland increases your metabolism to a very high rate. High metabolism can be bad, because studies have found that it drastically decreases your life span.

If you are a teen, NOTHING is wrong with you.

Please dont try to gain weight. Getting it off is so much harder.

If you are an athlete, what type? Dont push yourself to be what you are not. If you manage to gain weight when it is not your body type, you will be fat the rest of your life. Is that worth it?

If you want to gain weight correctly, try the gym, talk to a body builder at the gym, to slowly and systematically gain MUSCLE. You dont want to get fat.
