In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

The response, based in the order of your question:
a) We believe in God, and we believe there is Satan. The bible states even the demons believe in God. We know from Jesus he believed in their existence and cast them out.
b) Satan means accuser though. Satan is a creature, not a God.
He accuses us before God of our sin. This is the -.
c) Jesus died on the cross to cover our sin and meet Satan's accusations. This is the +. See Romans 8.
The plus and minus you mention is correct. It is just that God is above the math.

I believe satan exists, but I worship only God.
Why? Because He is my God, while satan is his pathetic enemy, and the enemy of everything good and decent and truthful.
And besides, messing with the evil is evil and will separate you from God. I suggest you stay away from thoughts like that.

Yes. You should believe in satan because he exists. His biggest weapon is disbelief. That does not mean that you put your faith in him. How can you trust somebody who is called the author of lies and the author of confusion? Believe in God and know who your enemies are.

We don't "BELIEVE" in Satan, meaning we don't necessarily have faith in him, but if your asking if we acknowledge his being as existing, yes we do. God is the One who taught us that...how else would we even know of such an entity?
