DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE to good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

I observed the booklet to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however almost always) and doing little or no recreation, however the weight continues flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the residing daylights out of me since of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've by no means bought something like this earlier than since they're almost always filled with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began at present!

it's really simple... eat less and burn more. drop down to like 1200 calories (ask your doc) of healthy and fulfilling foods packed with fiber, protein and such. work out 4 times at least a week. there you o that's all. It's really simply yet no one wants to put in the work to do it. So instead they spend millions a year looking for a miracle, shake, drug or surgery when all you have to do is get up and move and think before you eat. The best book i've ever read about nutrition and fitness was the Abs diet it's using everything i just told you and explaining it in depth but helping you plan your weight loss. plus it's like $7 and it actually works . read it

Well, the best way to lose weight is to resist the temptation of eating to much at night but eat right on breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. Or, if you are active, you might as well join some sports or do some regular exercise.

Watch your Calories and Exercise.

I know that we all want that quick fix or magic pill to lose weight, but take it from me. It's all about exercise and staying committed to it.

Every day I get up and silently complain how I hate to jog and exercise, but I do it. It keeps me fit and sane. Just believe in yourself and don't give up. Start slowly.

If you want the best diet, go to your doctor or a nutritionist. If you need support for exercise, join a gym. Believe me, they're not as indimidating as you'd think and if you hire a trainer who is a good one, he or she will walk with you until you are ready to take off on your own.

Losing weight is simple, you have to balance your calorie intake with your physical output. If you have a sedentary life, you can't eat as much as someone who is active. If you want to eat more, you have to exercise, otherwise, eat less.
It's also important to watch WHAT you eat, avoid high fat, high starch foods and eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
