Don't think Tom Cruise has made any specific statements about the Bilble.
I personally only know about his care and committment to helping people improve conditions through his religion. (Scientology, the same as mine.) He uses his celebrity status to help .
Contrary to the media and TV hype, these sources do not
report these facts. It doesn't sell.
From my understanding of the N. T. this was the main message that Jesus tried to give us.

Primo: I was not really certain he had said much of anything coherent.
Segundo: Other than the most amazingly idle bit of trivia.... who cares? For that matter, what might he have said of any other generally acknowledged sacred texts?
One imagines that, as with any path of faith, it is the individual's acceptance -- or its lack -- that is the individual's own choice.

I can not stand that man and I have refused to see any movie that he is in. Based on his belief of Aliens and such creatures I do not think he is sane enough to judge any other religion or their religious book.
