I believe that God created sexuality to be enjoyed by people within a union. In some senses, it can be one of the most spiritual times that you share with a spouse. Romance is sort of the support system necessary to sustain the sexuality. It's certainly not sinful under the correct circumstances, if that's what you were implying.

Easily dear. After all Romance is findeing the soul most akin to yours, how can that not be a spiritual endever? and then of course sexuality is a way for those 2 souls to be come closer through physical contact, and can you really argue with me that orgasme isn't the closest to Nirvana you are likely to feel in this physical existance? Do yourself a favor and read up on Tantric sex, from a Zen point of view, I mean an actual book or website written by the people who pratice Tantra, not "Cosmo's guide to Tantric sex" Something that really speaks of the spirituality of it, not the fact that it is seen as kinky. Then you come back if you don't regard sexuality and romance as sacred.

There is nothing more true or more "holy" than sexuality and romance. Denying your true feelings is denying what you may believe that God has given you. If you don't believe in God, think of fulfilling your desires as a way to worship yourself.
Sexual desires that are repressed can only lead to frustration and desperate acts, including things you would never normally do. If your religion condones repression of your sexuality, then it is not truly a belief system, but a series of lies, wrought to control people's minds. If you must, find a different religion that will allow you to be human, and to accept and love yourself for it.

Take it Extremely Slowly! No touching for at least the first 6 months, and then only to hold hands, nothing more. Get to know her as a friend. If you can do this then you are on your way to a good and fulfilling relationship with her. Your first night together as husband and wife will be spectacular, but clumsy, do not worry you will get over that, and become accustom to one another. Your subsequent years together will be good ones, as you will have not only a lover but a very deer friend.

They reconcile pretty well. Sexuality has to wait until after the wedding, which I admit many people nowadays cannot believe to be possible.

God made sex to be between a man and his wife. That is the way it should always be. A spiritual man or woman recognizes the reason for this and acts accordingly. It is a protection for us all and it is the loving thing to do.

You pick a realistic religion which does not advocate, or require, total repression of a human's innate sexual needs. There are religions that realise that sexuality is an unalienable part of humans. Obviously Christianity is straight out of the dark ages in this aspect, so perhaps find a different one.

In my personal belief system, it plays in quite well. Unbelievably so, actually. To the point where either a) something is weird or b) the universe is telling me that yeah, the place I am now in that regard is correct.

If you created the sexual organs, would you want them to go to waste? God created the flowers for you to stop, be still and pick one for your woman.
