I want to make fudge with soy nuts and I've had them for 3? months in the fridge in an air tight container.

They go rancid and lose their flavor as the fats break apart over time and over warm or dry conditions. But in the fridge I bet you anything they are fine! Eat one or two and see if it tastes normal to you and I bet the answer is yes.

Check the expiration date on them. A lot of organic food items may go bad quickly...are they organic? If in doubt, throw them out for the birds or something and buy some more. They are not that costly. Sounds yummy, though!

every thing expires especially if it parishable
